The St Andrew’s Network is for pastors, those working in ministries, and teachers and students of theology.

Are you ordained as a pastor in a Christian community, working or studying theology in another Christian church or tradition, and asking questions about Catholic beliefs or wrestling with some Catholic teaching? You might be a convert to the Catholic Church and looking for others who understand your journey.

Wherever you are in such a journey, we’ll do our best to walk alongside you.

Casting the Net

"When we entered the Catholic Church, we felt like we were coming home.

We were privileged to serve as ordained ministers in other denominations and owe a great deal to those communities. Our journey to the Catholic tradition was accompanied by patient friends.

We love sharing our faith, and the peace we found in the Catholic tradition motivates us to have open hearts and minds to others on similar journeys.

In 2020, we drew together others who had walked a similar path, and we shared how difficult it could be to make such a journey, especially if your livelihood and work were dependent on ministry. So, with a collection of diverse and wise advisors, we started this network, and invite you to make contact if you wish to seek some prayer, answers, and friendship.”

Nigel and Peter, Co-convenors of the St Andrew’s Network

“One of the two who heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother. He first found his brother Simon, and said to him, ‘We have found the Messiah’ (which means Christ). He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him, and said, ‘So you are Simon the son of John? You shall be called Cephas’ (which means Peter).”
